Outcome
The Board of Directors of Priceworth InternationalBerhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Anual General Meeting dated 11 October 2017 and tabled at the Twenty-First (21st) Annual General Meeting, had been duly passed by the shareholders of the Company.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. FS Chen & Associates, the independent scruitineer appointed by the Company.
