The Board of Directors of Prinsiptek Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishesto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 31 October 2019, were duly passed by way of poll at the AGM of the Company held today, 25 November 2019.
The results of the poll were duly verified by Symphony Merchant Sdn Bhd,the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
