The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad("Kerjaya") wishes to announce that the shareholders of Kerjaya have at the Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting("34th AGM")held this morning, approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of34th AGM dated 27 April 2018("Resolutions").

The voting in respect of theResolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd,an independent scrutineer appointed by Kerjaya. Details of the results of the polling in respect of the Resolutions at the34th AGM are set out in the attachment.
