The Board of Directors of PRG Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Eighteenth Annual General Meeting ("18th AGM") dated 19 April 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 18th AGM held on Wednesday, 19 June 2019. The results of the poll were validated by All-In Worldwide Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
