Outcome
The Board of Directors of Uzma Berhad ("Uzma") wishes to announce that the shareholders of Uzma have at the Tenth Annual General Meeting ("10th AGM") held this morning, approved all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of 10th AGM dated 15 May 2017 ("Ordinary Resolutions").
The voting in respect of the Ordinary Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated bySymphony CorporatehouseSdn. Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Uzma. Details of the results of the polling in respect of the Ordinary Resolutions at the 10th AGM are set out in the attachment.
