The Board of Timberwell Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Twenty-Third (23rd) Annual General Meeting ("23rd AGM") of the Company dated 22 April 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the 23rd AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 21 May 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
The results of the poll was validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., being the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Please refer below for the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 23rd AGMof the Company.
