Jerasia Capital Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the 16th Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") dated 27th October 2016 were duly passed at the 16th AGM of the Company held earlier today.
The voting in respect of all the resolutions were carried out by way of poll, results of which were validated by Arthur Law Hin Tat, the representative from Messrs Law & Associates, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
Details of the results of the polling in respect of all the resolutions at the 16th AGM is attached herewith.
This announcement is dated 23rd November 2016.
