The Board of Directors of Emico Holdings Berhad("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Company held today, 28 November 2019 werecarried.

All the resolutions were voted upon by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Mr. Teoh Ming Liang,the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
