The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 30 May 2019, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 30 April 2019 were carried.
All resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Malaysian IssuingHouseSdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
