Outcome
The Board of Directors of Industronics Berhad ("IB") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of IBhad, at the Forty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("44th AGM") of IBheld on Friday, 28 June 2019approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 44th AGM contained in the Annual Report and Circular dated 30 April 2019.
