Outcome
The Board of Directors of Brahim's Holdings Berhad ("Brahim's" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all theresolutions as prescribed in the Notice of the Thirty-Seven Annual General Meeting ("37th AGM") of the Company dated 12 April 2019 were dulyapproved.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
