Outcome
The Board of Directors of Ideal United Bintang Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto announce that all the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Thirty-Eighth Annual General Meeting ("38th AGM") dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed at the 38th AGM of the Company held today.
All the resolutions were approved byway of voting on poll. The results of the poll were validated by Interesources Secretarial Services Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The results of the poll of the 38th AGM is attached herewith.
