NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the the Thirty-Fourth Annual General Meeting (“34th AGM”) of the shareholders of United Bintang Berhad will be held at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort, Dewan Berjaya, Jalan Bukit Kiara, Off Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Tuesday, 25 June 2013 at 11.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolutions set out in the Notice of 34th AGM, details as per attachment herein.

Outcome
The Board of Directors of United Bintang Berhad is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 June 2013 were approved by the shareholders of the Company who were present in person or by proxy and voted at the meeting.
