The Board of Directors of Farm's Best Berhad ("the Company”) wishes to announce that the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("19th AGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 27 June 2013, at 10.00 a.m. at Bilik Bunga Teratai, 7th Floor, Ramada Plaza Melaka, Jalan Bendahara, 75100 Melaka. The full text of the Notice of the 19th AGM is attached for your attention. The Company shall be requesting Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd to issue a Record of Depositors as at 20 June 2013 (General Meeting Record of Depositors) and only a Depositor whose name appears in the General Meeting Record of Depositors shall be regarded as a member entitled to attend, speak and vote at the 19th AGM.
