小米全新系列销售火爆 却如火如荼大裁员

小米近期刚发布了全新手机小米13系列，销售成绩火爆，但同时也在如火如荼进行裁员行动！11日新品发布会当晚，就有员工接到了裁员通知。不同意补偿方案的员工，却遭到系统自动提交离职，有网友反映受到了人事部威胁 “维权者三代进不了小米。这一行动让网友感叹，年终裁员无非是过河拆桥，员工该分钱的时候索性直接裁撤，但对于一整年辛勤努力工作实在太残忍。
