Integrated Logistics shares to be traded under ILB Group effective July 19

KUALA LUMPUR (July 18): Integrated Logistics Bhd, which has changed its name to ILB Group Bhd, said on Monday (July 18), the company’s shares will be traded and quoted under the new name with effect from 9am on Tuesday (July 19).

"The stock short name (ILB) and stock number (5614) remain unchanged," Integrated Logistics said in statement on Bursa Malaysia's website.

On Monday, Integrated Logistics shares have not been traded as at 11:45am.

The stock's latest closing price stood at 41.5 sen, which gives the company a market capitalisation of about RM78.39 million based on the company's 188.9 million outstanding shares.
