1. We refer to SMI’s 52 AGM scheduled to be convened Diamond 3, Level 10, Holiday Villa, No. 260, Jalan Dato’ Sulaiman, Taman Abad, 80250, Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim on 27 March 2024 (Wednesday) at 3.00 p.m. (“AGM”)

2. We believe that the shareholders/members at large are aware of our concerns over the transparency and corporate governance of the current BOD of SMI. We are also confident that many of the shareholders/members might have the same concerns and frustration. Please refer to here.

3. To promote and ensure transparency and fairness over the conduct of the AGM, we appeal to all of you, the valuable shareholders/members for the following –

 (a) Please attend the AGM and to cast your votes, makes every share/vote count;

 (b) For those who will enter/submit proxy forms to vote in the AGM, please –

    (i) ensure SMI acknowledges receipt of the proxy form; and

    (ii) furnish a copy of your proxy forms to us via smi@honsinapparel.com so that we will be able to assist for scrutiny of the outcome of the AGM

(c) For those who will attend and vote in the AGM personally or via proxy, please

(i) take a photo of your vote/polling forms before you submit it or dropping it into the ballot box;

(ii)  send the photo of your form to us simultaneously via smi@honsinapparel.com
