Following the ex-entitlement date, the exercise ratio & the exercise price will not be adjusted & the quotation for SIME-C15 will be based on the sum of the traded price of SIME, Sime Darby Plantation Berhad & Sime Darby Property Berhad or the reference price if the stocks are not listed or traded at the time of quotation.
