To:

Dear valued clients,

Please see attached chart.

KLCI is in correction mode i.e. a, b, c correction. The bottom of c is very important. Where is the bottom ? 1,722, 1710 or 1,685. The worst scenario will be 1,685.

Question :
1. Can you hold the stock until KLCI reaches 1,685 ? If yes, fight it out. If no, sell some.

2. If you have a margin account, clear the debt until no owing. Use your capital to pick up the stock.

3. Use any rebound to sell some stock especially the price is on the high side.

4. Stop buying any stock until a clearer picture if you are not a brave investor.

5. Any brave investor, please be greedy when others are fearful. You want to buy cheap, wait until the KLCI is around 1,685.

6. If 1,685 is broken, a bear market is formed. Please stay out.

Thank you.

OTB, you are good in TA, current market drops below 200EMA, it signifies strongly that the market is going long term downtrend, why must wait until 1685 afterall its a downtrend itself?

Its advisable to accumulate gradually as looking at the downtrend.

if want to accumulate pick the stocks you have the confident to do the dollars cost ave. down as they drop further and further as you can make about 25% gain when they return to the same level even after dropping a painful 30% down.
