NEW YORK, Nov. 21 -- Oil prices climbed on Thursday.
The West Texas Intermediate for January delivery went up 1.35 U.S. dollars, or 1.96 percent, to settle at 70.1 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for January delivery gained 1.42 dollars, or 1.95 percent, to settle at 74.23 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange.
