SCOPE (0028) Kim detected this counter early in the morning and it went to 0.200 and dropped back to 0.190.

Somehow Kim requested for the second wave to come when price became stagnant at 0.190 at 11.48am

The wave came back at 4:40pm and closed at 0.210
