PICORP (7201) This counter was found at 0.160 when it started and then it soared up to 0.180 and 0.190 when it stopped climbing. Then we saw Kim mentioned that this stock should be above 0.200.

At 9:08am the price reached 0.200, we saw people banging their heads as the price touched 0.215
