Today being a Sunday, while my wife and I were driving around Ipoh town, we were surprised to see hardware shops were open and many people were buying construction materials. It looks like many contractors’ construction programmes were delayed by MCO lockdown and now they have to work overtime even on Sunday to catch up.

 

 

 

Due to MCO lockdown, workers could not go to work. As a result, most of the steel companies have reported reduced profit in the last quarter ending September. Since there is no more MCO lockdown, all the steel companies will report increased profit in the next few quarters.

I am sure all the steel companies especially Prestar, Leon Fuat and AYS will report better profit for the quarter ending December which should be announced before the end of February.  

In the last few months, I have been searching for good growth stocks. I could not find stocks better stocks than Prestar, Leon Fuat and AYS in terms of PE ratio.
