Countries are running out of gloves and have to purchase even more to overcome the incoming shortage.
For next 2-3 years, glove manufacturers will have to even more gloves compared to this year. Eventually, price will increase over time and the simple answer to that is because of the decreasing amount of raw rubber latex materials to produce it.
It is expected that the demand will be higher than 350b gloves next year according to Careplus annual report 2020. What's next?

1. AT dipping is a success!
2. A few of AT members are even holding the first batch of AT gloves' boxes.
3. Mr. Choong and Mr. Mak can be seen to be very satisfied and happy with the outcome of the dipping trial. Both are even wearing the gloves.

FEEDBACK:
I am expecting a jump of share price on 28th December 2020.
With the success of the dipping, production will begin at the start of January which will push up the share price of AT even further.

Now it looks like doctor will wear gloves whenever he or she treats the patients. Wearing gloves and masks is in their SOP.

Beware US and EU glove importers may ban glove products from Malaysia since the issue of mistreating foreign workers at glove companies getting more serious attention from US and EU authorities. Later 50 cents target become 5 cents only !

Haizz the entry barrier of glove industry is much higher than mask. And also the investment amount is huge.
Topglove boss once said it took up one year to set up a factory but why it say so because tan Sri don’t want new entrant to affect his profit and margin and AT successfully set up a factory in 5months time

Not necessary to promote glove story anymore as it has received bad publicity worldwide. Malaysia rose to the lime light becos it happens to be the biggest producer then and had forsaken the health of its workers. Moreover, too many are competing for the same pie and as time goes on, more new producers will fall by the wayside as it is not competitive as it is not rocket science production. Inevitability, so prices will erode further. So using historical data to suggest future prices is going to be a dream that dreamers will feel good.
