"Repairs and upgrades of staff quarters are also taking place all over the country with an allocation of RM500mil, which is shared with the Defence Ministry.

"The Home Ministry received an allocation of RM200mil of which the police received RM98mil. The upgrading process is still ongoing," he added.

Saifuddin also said they would make every effort to ensure that all projects involving the police force proceed according to plan and set a timeline.
