Now one reason could be INNOPRISE HOLDING Which owns more than 50% of Inno Plant sees abundant earnings so it is confidently declaring so much dividends. Or could be other reasons to unlock value as we noiticed that INNOPRISE CORPORATION  Also disposed all its Shares in HapSeng Plant (INNOPRISE CORPORATION Belongs to Sabah Govt is the Top 2nd Holder of Hapseng Plant)

No matter what the reason might be share holders of Inno Plant are quite happy with the highest dividends history of Inno Plant for year 2021

And TSH holding more than 105 million shares (Top 2nd holder of Inno Plant) stands to receive Rm8.4 Millions in dividends as well

But more than that

Since InnoPlant has gone up from its recent low of 93 sen to Rm1.26 now there is a gain of 33 sen per share for TSH as well

How much is that?

105,000 x 330 = A cool Rm34.65 Milions  (Remeasurement gain)

This qtr TSH made Rm39.715 Millions from Operations 

It figures it is 2.88 sen per share

And Remeaurement of Rm34.65 Millions equal how many sen?

The simple formulate is

 34,650,000 divides by 39,715,000 multiply by 2.88 sen

= 2.51 sen

That means that

TSH made 2.88 sen from operations

Tsh also made 2.51 sen from its share investment in INNOPLANT

That makes this qtr profit to = 5.39 sen

What about the other hidden assets of TSH? Its growing land value. Its growing biological assets?

Its other 7 businesses of Cocoa, Paper Pulp, Biomass, 300 thousand acres of Palm oil estates, over 200 thousand acres of forest concessions,  Rm400 Millions worth of Biological assets, Bioenergy, Its Ekowood hardwood flooring, its refinery & mills plus others?
