Good evening friends,

On this night more than 2,000 years ago Jesus Christ was born.

He came in 2 phases.

Phase One

To be born pure without sin and to die for all mankind

After he was crucified, buried & resurrected He returned to heaven

Phase Two

Jesus Christ will return again the 2nd time to reign as King of Kings & Lord of Lords Forever and Forever.

The text tohight is from Isaiah 9: 6 & 7

 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

Note these points:

1) For unto us a child is born

Jesus came by incarnation birth of Virgin Mary. Prophet Isaiah 600 years ago predicted his birth. 

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,

 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. (Luke 2:11 - 14)

2) Unto us a Son is given

This child is a special Gift from God the Father in heaven

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

3) And the Government shall be upon His shoulder

Jesus will create "A Perfect Government"

4) And his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

The Perfection of His Governance

Jesus is Wonderful in Counseling, He is All Powerful since He is also Mighty God in nature. Everlasting Father of beginning of time and the ending of time "when time shall be no more (And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: (Revelation 10:6) Jesus will cause time to cease to exist as we enter Eternity of fellowship with Him). He is the Prince of Peace that rules in Greatest Peace for ever and for ever

5) Of the increase of His government there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

The World Empires of Babylon under Nebudchadnezzar ended with the Medo-Persian Empire. The Medo-Persian Empire ended with the Rise of Grecian Empire under Alexander the Great. The Roman Empire destroyed the Grecian Empire & the Roman Empire disintegrates into the European Economic Communities

But the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (The Prince of Peace) will rise and Rule from eternity to eternity forever and forever.

God gave us His Son Jesus to be born as a Man that we might have the chance to be born into His Kingdom

That is why Jesus said

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. ... [5] Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.(John 3:3)

Either you are born once and die twice or born twice and die only once (But if Jesus returns and you are alive and have accpted Him as Lord & Saviour you might not even see death as you will be raptured alive & transformed into perfection with him to glory in heaven

So the true message of Christmas is this

A child is born who is none other than the Gift of God's only begotten Son

If you accept him you will not perish (means die in sin and go to hell) but receive everlasting life

Everlasting life? Yes

This is Our Message

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14)

gospel means "good news" the most important good news for mankind that God will set up a Kingdom whose Goverment is Perfect See  "upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this."

A Government with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever

When will this happen?

Very soon as this world has witnessed end time evennts like Wars & rumours of wars, earthquake in various places, pestilences (Coronavirus) coming famines & other calamities of the end times

And the seventh angel sounded, and there were great voices in Heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign for ever and ever!”(Rev. 11:15)

Calvin's desire is to see as many as possible receive this same Jesus Christ who will return to earth again and set up His Perfect Government & Reign Forever & Ever

Life’s Desire 

1.) I need the promised Holy Ghost;
To stir the gift, O LORD of hosts.
Create in me concrete desire;
To be for Thee a flame of fire.

2.) I need the presence of His Son;
From world and sin and self to turn.
To live by faith through God’s great grace;
And walk with Him in grateful praise.

3.) I need my Father’s guiding grace;
To spur me on the upward way.
Show me the path to man’s chief end;
Stay by my side, dear Heavenly Friend.

4.) Though weak and weary I fight on;
Till some from this wide world I’ve won.
Averting men from God’s great wrath
And turn them to the heavenly path.

5.) The promise of an endless life;
God welcomes you to claim the prize.
A thousand million years and more;
With Christ forever, forever more
