Ms Lai Lee Lee has more than 30 years of working experience as a Finance leader in various industries ranging from Banking, Telecommunication and IT with more than 2 decades in the Telecommunication and IT industry.

She has worked in the multinational vendors including Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent and Wincor-Nixdorf/Diebold-Nixdorf holding the role of Finance and has strong business partnering role in supporting the business. Her experiences during these tenures include structuring complicated sales leaseback financing, minimize risky terms in contractual matters, Human Resource Management and ensuring strong internal control and compliance within the organisation. 

In February 2017, Ms Lai moved on to a more international experience and was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Cambodian SingMeng Telemedia Co. Ltd. which was based in Cambodia. Subsequently, she was appointed as the CFO of WeWatch Pte Ltd from August 2021 until December 2022. She currently works as a consultant for WeWatch Pte Ltd.
