Mr. Loo Jieh Sheng started his chambering (pupillage) and then continued his legal practice in Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co., one of the leading law firms in Malaysia. He was exposed to various areas of corporate matters including initial public offerings (IPOs), acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate banking and certain conveyancing matters such as land acquisition, sale and purchase of properties etc.

In 2018, he was invited to join Messrs Thay & Jason Loo as a Partner and his areas of practice include Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Property Conveyancing, Employment Law, Estate Matters and Insurance Law.

Currently, Mr. Loo Jieh Sheng is appointed as the Legal Advisor in few companies in which he had assisted them in their business development, Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) corporate exercises and some factories lands deals.

Meanwhile, Mr. Loo Jieh Sheng is also acting as the Legal Advisor for NGOs including some commerce associations, education associations and clubs.
