After obtaining her Degree Certificate, Ms. Koay began her career as an Auditor at an audit firm in June 2005. She later left the firm, where she held the position of Senior Associate, to pursue a masters degree at the University of Sunderland in the U.K. Upon her return to Malaysia, she joined a publicly listed company as an Accountant. During her time there, she was involved in cost and financial analysis, internal control, and various corporate initiatives.

Following her tenure at the listed company, Ms. Koay had a brief stint at a multinational company. Driven by her entrepreneurial vision, she then expanded her business interests to include outsourcing services in accounting, tax planning, and business advisory.

Most recently, Ms. Koay was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Harvest Palm Holding Sdn Bhd, further enhancing her management leadership skills and business awareness.
