Ms Tan Pei Shiun (Ms Daphne) holds a Master of Business Administration Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK). She started her career as a Fund Accountant in Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).

Ms. Daphne has gained four years of valuable skills and working experiences in various capacities in the Oil and Gas sector. She worked as a Business Development Representative, identifying key opportunities to increase the company's market share. She was later promoted to Regional Business Development Representative, covering all countries within the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Daphne's exceptional skills in identifying lucrative business opportunities led to her involvement in business matching for mergers & acquisitions, franchise or investment since 2016. She was promoted to Business Development Director, M&A, where she sourced, identified, evaluated, and coordinated deals for suitable business opportunities according to the company's acquisition requirements. She also serves as Business Development Director for an e-commerce platform and F&B retail business in the company's investment portfolio.
