Mr Yeoh Chong Keat is a chartered accountant by profession. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, Chartered Accountant (M) and member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in audit, tax, consulting and secretarial work and has vast experience in advising the Board of Directors of many public listed companies clients on corporate secretarial matters.
