He is a chartered accountant by profession and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, UK (now part of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, UK). He was also formerly the Head of Corporate Services Division of a "Big 4" accounting firm in Kuala Lumpur for over 10 years.

Mr Yeoh Chong Keat is a chartered accountant by profession. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, Chartered Accountant (M) and member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in audit, tax, consulting and secretarial work and has vast experience in advising the Board of Directors of many public listed companies clients on corporate secretarial matters. Currently he also acts as external company secretary for several public companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
