Datuk Oh Chong Peng was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director on 24 March 2003. He joined Coopers & Lybrand in London in 1969 and in Malaysia in 1971. He was a senior partner of Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers), Malaysia from 1974 until his retirement in 1997. He was a Government appointed Committee Member of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (1990-1996), a past President (1994-1996) and Council Member (1981-2002) of the MICPA, and also a member of the Listing Committee of Bursa Malaysia Berhad from 2008 to May 2011.
