Working Experience
Ms Khor Tze Ming was admitted as a Malaya Advocates and Solicitors in 2005, and started her legal practice in Messrs. Lee Choon Wan & Co handling corporate related matters from 2006 to 2008. To explore further experiences and opportunities outside Malaysia, she moved to Hong Kong in 2008 and pursued MA in translations in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. After that, she was employed in Hong Kong from 2009 to 2012 by Latham & Watkins and Kirkland & Ellis, two U.S. legal firms, respectively as Foreign Legal Consultant and Senior International Legal Consultant, focusing in works related to U.S. listing for companies with operations in China. She returned to Malaysia in 2012.
Family Relationship
She is a daughter of Dato' Khor Teng Tong, the Executive Chairman and major shareholder of the Company, and also sister of Ms. Khor San Leng and Mr. Khor Siang Gin who are Executive Directors and shareholders of the Company.
