Prior to his secondment to Visia Finance Berhad, he was a Chief Manager in Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia) where he served for more than 25 years. Currently, Dr. Choong is the Deputy Chairman of C&C Investigation Services Sdn. Bhd., a licensed private investigation agency approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs.
