Working Experience
From 1990 to 1995, he was the Manager of Guan Chong Trading ("GCT"), where he was assigned with the task of sourcing cocoa beans in Tawau, Sabah. Over the years, he has gained considerable experience in logistics and cocoa beans quality assessment. Since joining Guan Chong Cocoa Manufacturer Sdn Bhd ("GCC") in 1995 as the Production Manager, he has been in charge of the production department and has assisted GCC in expanding its production capacity. He is responsible for production planning and quality control. He was appointed as Director of GCC and GCT in 2003.
Family Relationship
He is the cousin of Tay Hoe Lian, the Managing Director and major shareholder of the Company and brother of Tay How Sik @ Tay How Sick, an Executive Director and shareholder of the Company.
