Mr Naruhito Kuroda joined AEON Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Jusco Co. Ltd.) Japan, in 1984. In 1992, he was transferred to AEON Credit Service Japan and subsequently seconded to AEON Credit Service (ASIA) Co., Ltd, Hong Kong as a Senior Manager of Marketing. He was appointed director of AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) PLC from 1995-1999. He was also the deputy managing director of ACS Capital Corporation, Thailand in 1998-1999. He was appointed as a director of AEON Credit Service (ASIA) in Hong Kong in 1999-2001. In 2001, he was appointed as managing director of AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad. He also sits on the Board of Directors of PT AEON Credit Service Indonesia.
