YBhg Dato' Ruslan has more than 34 years working experience in various multinational companies and large conglomerates holding various positions such as Legal Advisor with Esso Malaysia Bhd, Senior Legal Counsel of Esso Production Malaysia Inc., Group Legal Advisor and Company Secretary of Pernas Sime Darby Holdings Sdn Bhd, Senior General Manager of the Corporate Affairs Division of Rashid Hussain Berhad and Executive Committee Member of the RHB Group and he joined Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd on 1 November 1995 as Executive Director, Corporate and Legal Affairs Division. He was appointed to the Board of Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad ("PNHB") on 24 April 1997. He was previously the Executive Vice Chairman of PNHB (from 6 April 1999 to 1 October 2005) and was re-designated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of PNHB on 1 October 2005. YBhg Dato' Ruslan has served as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd ("SYABAS") and was a Director of SYABAS and Perbadanan Urus Air Selangor Berhad ("PUAS") for the period 1 January 2005 to 15 October 2015.
