A Chartered Accountant by profession. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 1999. In addition, she completed a Post-Graduate Certificate of Financial Planning from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia in 2007. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Ms Katrina Ling Shiek Ngee worked with several public accounting practices and a privately held investment and wealth management business in Australia and accumulated vast experience in the area of accounting, corporate finance, tax, funds management, properties, superannuation, estate planning and wealth preservation.
At Hubline Berhad, she presides over the accounting and finance team, the treasury team, the compliance team and oversees corporate and tax services of the Group.
She
is responsible for all financial reporting requirements.
She oversees debt and equity market transactions, as well as risk management and compliance management frameworks.

Ms Katrina Ling Shiek Ngee is the daughter of Mr Dennis Ling Li Kuang and the sister of Mr Royston Ling Ling Ing Ding.
