Working Experience
Ms Yvonne Low graduated from Cardiff University and started her legal career with Azmi & Associates in 2010. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2011, and her main practice areas were in corporate and commercial transactions, private mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory compliance.
She went on to specialise in real estate matters, and focused on advising project promoters, concessionaires, land developers and investors, on the structuring of the development, construction and financing of real estate in Malaysia. She regularly acts for domestic and foreign investors, as well as government-linked and public-listed companies.
Ms Yvonne Low joined F3 Capital Group in 2014 as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs and took on the responsibility of defining organizational culture, developing strategic plans, and positioning F3 Capital group as a proactive development partner in unlocking new land banks.
Currently, Ms Yvonne Low is also managing the boutique law firm, Yvonne Low & Co, that she started in 2021 and specialises in corporate commercial matters.
