He was formerly the Head of Corporate Finance & Strategy of Kurnia Asia Berhad. His previous professional roles include Senior Manager / Head of Corporate Finance Team of a merchant bank, General Manager / Head of Corporate and Finance Department of a Malaysian public-listed company, Director of boutique corporate consultancy practices and Corporate Adviser to various companies.
