Prior to his appointment to MKH Berhad, he was attached to Colgate-Palmolive (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("Colgate-Palmolive") for 35 years and was the Human Resources Director prior to his retirement in 2000. He still sits in the Board of Colgate-Palmolive as at this date.
