He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance, from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, United States of America (US).

Mr. Lim Ghee Keong has more than 20 years of experience in treasury and credit management. He is currently the chief financial officer of Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd ("UTSB") and serves on the boards of several other companies in which UTSB Group has interests, such as Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad (listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) in which he is an alternate director and Bond Pricing Agency Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a bond pricing agency registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia. He is also a director of Paxys Inc. (listed on the Philippines Stock Exchange) and Yu Cai Foundation. Prior to joining the UTSB Group in 1995, he was attached to General Electric Capital Corporation in the US and the former Ban Hin Lee Bank in Malaysia.
