Mr Chong Chun Chieh holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) Degree from the Northern University of Malaysia in 1993. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Northern University of Malaysia in 2000. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. From 1997, he was a Group Financial Controller of Chin Well Holdings Berhad which was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Berhad. Thereafter, he joined Texchem Resources Berhad (TRB)
in 2002 and was seconded to Sea Master (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 2003 upon acquisition of Sea Master Group by TRB. He left TRB to join Boon Kong Group Berhad (BKG) and manage to restructure the financial position of BKG. While, still with BKG, he strategically lead BKG to
joint venture with Hitachi Credit Corporation of Japan. He sat in the Board of BKG till he left in 2014 to pursue his own business.
