To get cost per acre divides 

Rm2,491,753,000 by 4,422 acres


= Rm563,490 per acre


Yes! This land has been revalued and now more than half million per acre

City being built beside it's lands while others got a Rm10 billion Rts

That is over Rm393 Millions invested and not counting his brothers' shares yet

Simeplant suddenly jumped after news of 1000 acres designated as Industrial park in Kerian


Tsh also got 13,338 acres in Greentech Park Bulugan

plus it has 94700 acres in Ikn Nusantara
