Mr Saw was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) in 1985. In 1988, he became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Mr. Saw is the head of the finance function, who is responsible for the Groups budgetary control, treasury, tax and corporate finance including mergers and corporate restructuring exercises.
He has extensive working experience in accounting, finance and corporate finance gained while he was attached to accounting and auditing firms in the United Kingdom and Malaysia, and as the Group Financial Controller of Hong Leong Industries Berhad, prior to joining the Gamuda Group.
