Ms Tan Mui Ping, joined Weida (M) Berhad in 2012 as Senior Manager - Corporate Department and was promoted to General Manager - Group Managing Director's Office in 2014. Throughout her tenure in Weida, she supports the Group Executive Chairman and her responsibilities include business development partnering, investment feasibility study, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, group finance matter, treasury, group tax planning and support the senior management in investors' relations activities. She was also the financial controller of Weida's property development division from 2013 to 2016. She was also involved in various corporate exercises including capital reduction exercise and issuance of irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks of Advance Synergy Berhad from June 2007 to October 2012. She was also responsible for planning and coordinating the Group financial reporting activities and ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements pertaining to group financial accounting, taxation and reporting during her tenure with Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad from June 2003 to June 2007. Durng her tenure with Wah Seong Corporation Berhad from October 2001 to June 2003, she was responsible for the group reporting and corporate finance functions and she also involved in listing exercise of Wah Seong Corporation Berhad. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia since January 2022. She has more than 20 years working experiences in public companies and holding senior finance roles since year 2003. Her areas of expertise covering (1) Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Investment Analysis (2) Business Development Partnering and Investment Feasibility Study, and (3) Group finance matters, treasury and tax planning. She is also a registered company secretary with Companies Commission of Malaysia since January 2022.

She is the General Manager in the Group Managing Director's Office of Weida (M) Berhad and Independent Non-Executive Director of Infoline Tec Group Berhad.
