He has more than 30 years of experience in the operations and management of companies and also in leading the development of its businesses. He began his career with Guinness Anchor Berhad where he worked for 16 years until 1991. Prior to joining McDonald’s Malaysia in 1995 as an executive director, he was attached to Checker Asia (M) Sdn Bhd as general manager. Thereafter, he joined 7-Eleven (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“7-Eleven”) as an Executive Director in 2007 and was the Managing Director of 7-Eleven prior to his resignation in August 2011.
