Mr. Soon Eng Sing possesses vast experience in strategic human capital and talent management. He has worked with several international commercial and investment banks. He was an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs where he managed the Asia Pacific team in delivering its talent development strategies and programs. Mr. Soon has coached and trained professionals from managing directors to interns. He has led and structured several high impact and complex projects in leadership succession, corporate university, key talent development, and strategic recruitment. He comes with the breadth and depth in human capital issues in this region having lived and worked in Malaysia, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong. Mr. Soon is currently a director of Acewood Solutions, a privately-owned Singapore based human resources development and training consultancy company.
