Talk so much on unlocking assets just like kseng ? someone mentioned RM6 , another 7, 10,17 ,20 or higher mentioned in the nanyang papers ? so what happen , the shares stuck at RM 5.45-5.50 ? No change for long long time ? If were to unlock assets , co may has to fork out millions in quit rents if without any plan of development ? These r the cos always keep monies n seeking opportunities but rather failed miserably to find any opportunity given the chest r filled with abundant cash ? They prefer to ask for yearly increment in their immolument yearly in AGM and to buy back the 10 % co shares ? But sit on it n do nothing n makes the minority shareholders boiling ? So as minority shareholders , pls do not count chicken before it is hatched. Nothing come easy n no free breakfast kawan?

sellers abound in pmcorp ? the support is only 13 cts n earning at 1 ct? No record of paying dividend for many many years ? if u want to make a fast kill may be for a short while? In longer term u may get burnt instead.

property bubbles in the making ...either sp setia , eco-world or focal or whatever are they , slowly contributing to the property downturn in yet to come sooner or later. Property sold r all hyped coz they themselves marked them to show that their properties r selling like hot cakes but in actual fact , it will be a different story after 2-3 months, somehow or rather , some buyers r offering for sale at a higher price n reasons given going to migrate ? This has been going on for umpteen years ? Nobody care about it but rather toe the bubble line ? How long it may last is anybody guess. Mai c masuk lo....

No more property?
Agreed with nallayak that we have too many townships in JB . The present population will never support the many townships built . S'poreans r reserved to put their monies here too due to security reasons . Left only Indons n Banglas where they r most likely not tempted with the millions of RM spent to own a property here . Our Malaysians only in minority may afford the price tags . The second home project may attract some foreigners who r cash rich . Beware what is happening in most major China secondary cities that have been reported ended up as ghost towns ? No buyers n no peoples r coming around ? With the overhanging QE , EU debt crises , US Trillion debts , wars in imminent and currency speculators r abound . Do u still think we will be spared ???? No doubt it will boom but for short term . For long term , will see property as curse?

is loss making co since 2003 except 6 qtrs. r making money ? I do not see any potential in this counter by looking thru its financial accounts . So whatever said about this co is only hearsay and calculations based on projections. I believe totally in accounting which speaks louder n more convincing.

someone mentioned Tan Sri booted out focal last week? R u sure ? then what is the next co he is going to? someone mentioned MP Corp but already designated as PN1 counter, hutang tak bayar ? As it stands now focal is too overpriced now at 10xs its earlier price at 25 cts - is hitting 2.50 soon ? Tan Sri only want to buy at 1.40 so I think majority shareholders will not sell at 1.40 given the present scenario? what options next will be anybody guess? Is there the possibility he may consider Salcon where it is still relatively cheap at 60+ cts ? just like to put forward my questions for all to ponder....

As what has been said earlier , this stock is more of speculative play , it has breached 2.70 n going south , may park at 2.30 level , once breaches , may come down to 2.00 support level. Is Salcon a better bet compared with focal? It has risen but not as high as focal ? At 60 odd cts vs its higher TP , then it is more tempting than focal where it has risen way beyond its TP.

most prefer Salcon coz it will be much cheaper to hold than focal where its price is 1.40 but has hit limit up way above the purchase price . I doubt it can make another limit up given that the ink has been sealed at 1.40?

like myeg , many ppls goreng non -stop , why? PE damn high but its potential is there. So many questions unanswered. Another like Salcon, ppls also goreng coz they thought Tan Sri Liew will be there after he left SP Setia? kseng's lands located far too far away from JB and mostly at the fringes of IDR . its market value though high but will not be as high compared with those lands closed proximity to JB city. Its development may be at least 5-10 yrs away from now . If u can wait for that period , may be this is the stock for u after 2020? But in stock ,who can guarantee far too long a time like this?
